The South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles (SCDMV) will accept the MSF completion card in lieu of the SCDMV’s skill test for the motorcycle license endorsement. SC Rider Ed students who successfully complete the Basic Motorcycle Course, Intermediate Motorcycle Course or Experienced Motorcycle Course will no longer be required to also take the SCDMV skills test to receive their motorcycle license endorsement.
